All our properties are currently open to accept bookings for essential workers as per the current guidelines of UK government. Most recent updates on travel and accommodation restrictions can be viewed on UK Government Website. We advice all our valuable customers to ensure you are complying with the local restrictions before making any bookings.
We recommend all our customers to book your stay on flexible policies during the pandemic period. Customers who have booked their stay directly on staymetro.co.uk under flexible cancellation policy can cancel their booking free of charge 48hrs prior to their arrival day.
We understand how difficult it can be when local restrictions affect your stay. For those who have booked saver deals (advance purchase / prepaid) via staymetro.co.uk can now change the dates of their booking (subject to availability, Rate change may apply. All change of date request must be rebooked within 60days. Only 1 change allowed per booking)
Bookings made via 3rd party channels are advised to contact their agent for their policies
Upon arrival at the property, you will be asked to complete our advanced Covid Track and Trace form.
A valid photo identification will be asked from every individuals of the booking.
